Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancel within 48 hours and we simply ask for a courtesy call so the chauffeur and vehicle can be released.
Changes to your date, time, vehicle or itinerary are welcome, subject to availability, at no admin fee. Just contact us as early as you can.
Weather: outdoor attractions like the boat cruise and fireworks can be affected by weather. Because you buy those admissions separately at the gate, you are never charged by us for a show or sailing that doesn't run.
