Booking & pricing
Is the price really flat, per vehicle?
Yes. The number you see is for the whole vehicle for the whole day, with 13% HST already included. It does not change with the number of passengers, and there is no per-person fare.
Do I pay to reserve?
No. Reserving costs nothing — you confirm the details and we email you back within one business day. Payment is arranged before or on the day; we tell you the method up front, never a surprise e-transfer.
What if I need to cancel?
Change or cancel free up to 24 hours before pickup. Life happens; we would rather keep you than keep a deposit.
Are admissions and tastings included?
No — those are paid directly to each attraction or winery so you never pay a resale markup. We arrange the stops and your chauffeur gets you there; the boat, tower and tastings are billed by them at their own prices.

On the day
What time do we start?
Most tours leave in the morning to beat the coaches to the Falls. We agree the exact pickup time when we confirm, and adjust for traffic on your route.
What happens if the weather turns?
The Falls are spectacular in rain and even in snow, and most attractions stay open. If a specific stop is closed we swap it — your chauffeur re-sequences the day on the spot.
Can you fit child seats?
Yes, at no charge — just tell us the ages when you book and we fit proper seats to the SUV or Sprinter.
What if your vehicle breaks down?
We run a backup plan: if a vehicle fails we dispatch another, and if we ever fail to collect you, you pay nothing — full refund. That promise is only worth making because dispatch can actually deliver it.

From our closest pickup it is under an hour; from the farthest, a little over. Every city page shows the exact drive time and route for that pickup.
Do you pick up from hotels and airports?
Yes — home, hotel, office or airport. We coordinate with valets and track flights for airport pickups.

Which vehicle for my group?
Sedan for 1–3, SUV for up to 6, Sprinter for up to 14. Over 14, we arrange multiple vehicles — just call.
Can you do accessibility or child seats?
Child seats are free with notice. Tell us any accessibility needs and we will confirm what we can accommodate.
