Free cancellation window
You may change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Because we take no payment to reserve, there is nothing to refund in that window — your reservation is simply released.
Inside 24 hours
If you cancel within 24 hours of pickup and payment has been arranged, we will always try to rebook you to another date at no penalty before applying any charge. We would rather keep your business than keep a fee.
If we cancel
In the rare event we cannot fulfil your booking — a vehicle issue we cannot cover with our backup, for example — you pay nothing and receive a full refund of anything paid. If we fail to collect you, the tour is free.
Weather
We run in rain and snow; the Falls are spectacular in both. If a specific attraction is closed we substitute another. We only recommend rescheduling for genuine safety (e.g. a highway closure), and then at no penalty.
